General Manager - Viktoria

Pure Cosmetics’ General Manager is Viktoria Kaufels. For more than two and a half year now the 21 year old International Marketing student has worked in sales. Her daily tasks there include the wellbeing of customers, finding out needs and trends, financial aspects and coordinating the tasks of coworkers. Ms. Kaufels is a very friendly and outgoing person with a professional attitude. Owing to her year abroad in Australia, she is open-minded and communicates well with people from different cultures, with different mindsets. Furthermore, she is a very structured person, capable of motivating others and seeing the bigger picture when confronted with challenges.

General Manager Assistant/Production Manager - Evelyn

In addition to that, we have the General Manager Assistant. Evelyn Riss is a International Business and Management student, which perfectly educated her for this role. She is a friendly outgoing person, who is well organized and likes to work according to plan. She has an admirable working ethic and keeps a good overview of the tasks that everyone has to do. This characteristic is a result of previous experiences such as organizing the education fair at her upper secondary vocational college.

Sales Manager - Tim

The Sales Manager of the company is Tim Ehlen. He is as well-organized and ambitious person, who loves to work according to plans and estimations. In addition to that, he is interested in controlling the company’s profitability. Furthermore, he gained a lot of experiences within a side job at the sales department of a company. Due to that, he is aware about the main procedures and tasks of a sales manager, which qualifies him to fill this position.

Sales Manager Assistant - Chris

Chris Pinske is the Sales Manager Assistant at Pure Cosmetics. The 20 year old has extensive knowledge about Logistics, Economics, Marketing owing to his study course, International Fresh Business Management. Moreover, Mr.Pinske is an communicative and friendly person, who likes to work methodically. Having gained prior experiences in such work fields, Mr.Pinske keeps a good overview of all sales activities and makes sure that the sales are running smoothly together with Mr.Ehlen.

Human Recourse Manager - Jenny

The Human Resources Manager of Pure Cosmetics is Jennifer Messinger. Over the last years, Ms. Messinger has obtained a large set of skills and competencies during prior work experience (e.g. Assistant Tax Consultant) that prepared her for this role. Being a very intelligent and compassionate person made her extremely suitable for the role of HR Manager. She has a broad knowledge of various different work fields and departments, enabling her to understand and communicate well within Pure Cosmetics. In addition to that, Ms.Messinger is a intelligent and compassionate person with outstanding team working skills, who is always dedicated to guiding others when needed.

Finance Manager - Dionne

Dionne van Lier is the Financial Manager of Pure Cosmetics and a 18 year old International Business Economics student. As a sales ambassador for SuperTrash in Roermond, Ms. van Lier is confronted with financial aspects every day. Furthermore, due to her job she communicates well with others and has a friendly appearance. Being a perfectionist, she works extremely precise and with a lot of attention to detail. She sticks to the plans and aims high for the company and its overall success.

Finance Manager Assistant - Andrea

Of course every Financial Manager needs an assistant, who is well prepared and aids the Financial Manager in keeping a good overview of costs and profits. Andrea-Nicole Schegetz is studying International Business Economics at the Fontys university, with a focus on finance and control. Her education and overall mathematical skills made her the perfect choice for the role of the Financial Manager assistant.

Marketing Manager - Bram

Bram Vreugdenhil is the company’s Marketing and Communication Manager. Since 2016, Mr. Vreugdenhil has been studying International Marketing at the Fontys university in Venlo. His expertise is having a good overview of the market and upcoming trends. He communicates well with firms and other departments, keeping a professional approach at all times. He understands the customer’s needs, wants and demands and knows how to apply these in company processes.

Marketing Manager Assistant - Andre

Moreover, Pure Cosmetics’ Marketing and Communication Manager Assistant is Andre Linck. Mr. Linck has, due to his International Business Management study, a broad knowledge about various markets and industries. He understands trends, customer buying behavior and product placement extremely well and perfectly applies his knowledge in the company. During past projects Mr.Linck has already gathered experiences that made him more than suitable for the job as Marketing & Communication Manager Assistant.
